Misbah-ul-Haq leads the Faisalabad Wolves to 139 runs

Misbah-ul-Haq played a captain’s knock to lead the Faisalabad Wolves to a competitive 139 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the opening match of the Champions League T20 2013.
Coming in to bat at number 5, he slammed 46 runs off 34 balls with the help of 4 fours and 3 sixes.
As long as he was at the crease, it looked like he would take his team past 150 runs.

However, an irresponsible shot made him leave.
The other meaningful contribution came from Khurram Shehzad, who stroked 27 runs off 36 balls.
Asif Ali tried to get the momentum going with 14 runs off just 12 balls with 3 boundaries.

However, the Faisalabad team was losing wickets consistently towards the end and therefore had themselves to blame for settling for a lesser score.
