Brian Lara to support Trinidad & Tobago

Trinidad & Tobago will get some superb batting tips from
the iconic batsman Brian Lara himself for the upcoming Champions Trophy 2013. Lara
will not be a formal part of the T&T squad. However, this is not the first time
that Lara will play a part of the adviser to the team.
Earlier, he was unofficially guiding the T&T squad during
the CPL (Caribbean Premier League) as well. Speaking about his upcoming trip to
India, Lara said that he it is an honor for him and further added that he was glad
to be in association with the T&T team.
Dwayne Bravo, captain of the limited-overs West Indies team, has
said that Lara was instrumental as an adviser and would like to continue in the
role that he is also enjoying. Bravo said that the former West Indies top-order
batsman was also giving tips to the team as well as to the individuals and
helping improve all the time.
Though Bravo will be playing for Chennai Express, Lara said that
with players like Sunil Narine and Denesh Ramdin, T&T will perform well in
the tournament.
